Yes, it is preferable to book KVR Packers and Movers in advance. But if your relocation is not pre-planned, you must call at least 24 hours in advance. Our executives will make sure to provide you with prompt service.

We pack each and every item from our customers very carefully and professionally, so the chances of damage are nil. Your property insurance is meant to be for some unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters or accidents etc. All your assets will be insured so that you will not suffer any financial loss in such a case.

The insurance coverage will be applicable to the value of the goods declared by you. Our field officers will help you with the process.

It is recommended to make a packing list. If you have to move a vehicle, you must provide us with copies of the insurance document as well as the RC book of your vehicle.

We can provide you with multiple options, from small trucks to large containers. It will be decided according to your need and convenience which vehicle you should use. Whichever vehicle you use, our packing techniques and moving procedure are the same.

No, we cannot transport LPG Cylinders if we are travelling from one city to other as there will be check post issues. Also, things like Liquids/Oils, Inflammable Items will not be transferred.

We take all preliminary precautions for weather conditions such as rain, heat, etc. We use closed weather-sealed containers for transportation.
